Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) are used as an alternative to bankruptcy, and allows the debtor to make an agreement with their creditors to pay some (or all) of their debt.

How Long is This Data Held on Your Credit Report?

Information about IVAs will normally remain on your credit report for 6 years from the original registration date, unless the IVA lasts longer than this. In this case, it will remain on your credit report until the date the IVA ends.
